My name is Nos, and i’m an Osteoarthritis Health and Fitness Coach with a Doctor of Physiotherapy degree. But more importantly, I know what it’s like to live with joint pain.
My journey started with a serious football injury that led to multiple knee surgeries, long standing issues, and early-onset osteoarthritis. I’ve felt the frustration of not being able to move the way I used to, the fear of worsening pain, and the worry about what the future holds.
But it’s not just my story. I’ve seen osteoarthritis take a toll on the people I love—my mother and grandmother. That’s what pushed me to find better answers. I helped them move better, feel stronger, and enjoy life again—and I’ve done the same for hundreds of clients since.
